Book Clubs, Reading Groups, Discussion Groups Book Clubs are a great way to encourage people to read. But with the limited resources most libraries have there is not money to support book clubs and reading groups. Discretionary dollars for mailings out monthly announcements on the next book for discussion not to mention staff time to do the research and photocopy background information to include in a reminder message aren't in the budget.

To help you help those using your library for book discussions GenerousBooks has created a FREE system that will keep everybody in the loop for you. This service in addition to being cost free is also cookie- and advertising-free. You need not be concerned with privacy issues - for we won't sell the names. This service is password protected so no one can get to your members - but your members. Our privacy policy is one of the strictest on the web. Click here to read it.
Instructions We have created a instruction manual you can use to discuss the GenerousBooks concept with others. It step-by-step walks a group through all of the services that GenerousBooks can help with as well as the instructions for completing each page. Library Book Club Sign-up Form We have also created a simple sign-up page that you can print out and pass around a book discussion group to create the initial invitation list. It collects the members email addresses so that it is easy to add those names to the announcement list. To print a copy of this form, click here.
